I was in a bit of a dilemma this morning when I called G&G for an appointment to check the heating system. Alyssa, the agent over the phone told me the next available appt will be for next Tues. I told her if I like to be on stand-by and/or after-hours appointment for immediate assistance. The next thing, I got a cell phone from one of the agent that a technician was able to come by today. I was grateful for such wonderful service. Sage the technician was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnosed the issue and found that one of the problem was that I had covered the outside pipe with a tin can. It was an honest mistake because I found rats lurking in the yard. To summarize it all, I was very happy for their service and customer support. Woohoo!
